April Bowlby, an American model and actress from the United States. She has portrayed Kandi on the CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva as well as Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby (born April Michelle Bowlby) is an American Actor best known for portraying Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva and Kandi the popular TV sitcom Two and a Half Men. Her modeling career began in the early 1990s and later moved into films and television. In CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Her first appearance on TV was an episode as a background extra. For Two and a Half Men Bowlby starred as Kandi. Bowlby was recognized internationally for the Stacy Barrett role in Drop Dead Diva. Bowlby played the role of Rita Farr/Elastigirl from Titans, an American online series Titans. She will play the role in an upcoming spinoff of Doom Patrol. Bowlby has also been seen on TV in films such as Sands of Oblivion, The Wrong Daughter and Sands of Oblivion 2. She made her big-screen debut in the film All Roads Lead Home and then appeared in other films including The Slammin Salmon and From Prada to Nada. April Michelle Bowlby has been an American actor for over an entire decade. Her most well-known role is for her recurring part on CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. Bowlby was was raised in Manteca. She went to East Union High School. She first studied French as well as Ballet in Moorpark College. Then she chose to go into acting. She studied drama in the company of Ivana Chubbuck and secured an appearance in a major television show (Kandi as a character in Two and a Half Men) in the months following her first Hollywood audition. Bowlby has appeared as a guest in a variety of TV series like CSI: NY which featured Jenny Lee and Freddie (as Sydney) in 2005. She also appeared as Meg as part of How I Met Your Mother. Bowlby played Natasha recently in All Roads Lead Home, the 2007 film about a girl aged 12 who has lost her mother due to an accident in the car. Bowlby is set to play Mia the main character for The Slammin Salmon (2008). Los Angeles is her home. Her natural hair is red and blue eyes. Her relationship is not a family affair.
